How do you ship the order?
We offer standard shipping services (i. E. USPS, UPS, DHL). Non-US regions can also be sent by international express.

Is shipping free?
The shipping charge depends on your order’s size, weight, shipping method, and shipping address. You can see the estimated shipping charge based on standard shipping through your cart. You can also find your actual shipping cost at checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?
5-9 business days. The exact delivery time might be delayed due to the weather, delivery company’s policies or other situations.

If I ordered on Saturday, will it be processed?
Your order will be processed on business days except for weekend.

Can I change my ship address after I placed an order?
You can contact our customer service team for address changes if you’ ve already submitted your order.
