Are international orders acceptable?
Yes. We can arrange shipment to any country.
Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Orders submitted online can be delivered to all the countries. The shipping charge differs from the shipping address and package content. For more detail, you can check when checking out.
Do you set up charges?
How to change the shipping address?
You can edit the shipping address at checkout the page, before completing the payment. If you already paid and the order is under the” Processing” situation, pls contact us with a new shipping address. Once the order is shipped out, the shipping address can’t be edited.
How to change billing address?
You can edit the billing address at checkout the page, before completing the payment. The billing address can’t be edited once payment info is submitted.
Note: The billing address won’t affect the shipment of your order. If you already paid but want to change it, you may contact your card bank.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option to cancel or change your order before shipment. Pls, contact us about the shipment situation first.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. We will make a real sample for you. After confirmation, shipment will be arranged within 3-7 days.

My payment failed – what can I do?
If you are experiencing error messages when making a payment, please be sure you have entered the correct details by double-checking your information. Check with your bank to ensure there are no problems with your account. After this, please contact our customer service here and submit details and we can issue an invoice to you for payment.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. You will receive your invoice in PDF format via e-mail when your order is sent out to you.

How do you ship the order?
We offer standard shipping services(i. E. USPS, UPS, DHL). Non-US regions can also be sent by international express.
How long will it take to get my order?
You may get your package in about 5-9 business days once we’ve shipped the final products. Please note that there may be delays on rare occasions or in remote areas due to the COVID-19 situation.
How to track my orders?

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience! You may contact us for a refund or a reshipment.
